I started out in military intelligence, which sounds like an unlikely beginning for a creative career. But it taught me how to find signal in noise, how to think clearly under pressure, and how to make complex things simple. Those habits never left.
At EY I spent over a decade building a creative function from the ground up, leading strategy and rolling up my sleeves when the work needed it. I directed campaigns, designed systems, and stayed involved all the way through execution, because I believe the idea doesn't end when the brief does.
Now based in New York, I'm looking for the kind of organization where creative leadership means something, where the work has real stakes, and where being hands-on is an asset rather than an afterthought.
